The Rental Property and Destination


The lessor rents to the lessee, and the lessee rents from the lessor, the living space referred to as: a single-story vacation home, fully furnished and equipped, located at Hogeveldsweg 26-311 in Giethmen, hereafter referred to as ‘the rental property.’

The rental property has an area of 48 square meters, is single-story, and is suitable for people with disabilities. It has two bedrooms, both with double beds. It features a living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. Additionally, there is a storage room. The garden is 885 square meters, and there is parking space for two cars.
The rental property is fully furnished. It is equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen includes a 4-burner gas stove, coffee maker, microwave oven, and refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A smart TV is also available.

Rental Conditions:

The lessor is in no way liable for loss, damage, injury, burglary, and/or theft;

• The lessee is obliged to care for all movable and immovable property as a ‘good householder.’ This means that the lessee must not cause damage, dirt, unnecessary wear, and/or strain to the inventory or any movable and immovable property on the premises. The lessee is required to pay a deposit. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit. The lessee is also obliged not to cause any nuisance or disturbance, in the broadest sense, to the surrounding area;
• Subletting is strictly prohibited. If subletting is discovered, the rental agreement will be immediately terminated, and the property must be vacated and handed over to the lessor. No refund will be given;
• If the lessee fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, the rental agreement will be immediately terminated. This means that the lessee must vacate and return the property to the lessor immediately.

Payment Terms

After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from us by email. Within 7 days, 50% of the rental fee must be paid as a deposit. The booking is final once the deposit has been received. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival. If the arrival date is less than 3 weeks after booking, 100% of the rental fee must be paid within 7 days of booking.

If you wish to make changes after the reservation, we are not obliged to accept them. Of course, we will look into the possibilities.

Security deposit

The security deposit of €200,- will be returned within 7 days after departure. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit.
