Cancellation conditions

Up to 21 days before arrival, the booking can be cancelled free of charge. From 21 days to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%. After that, the cancellation fee is 100%. Cancellations can only be made in writing via email, letter, or by phone. If you cancel by phone, a written confirmation must be sent within two weeks.
